I think of my passion for painting as a never ending journey. There will always be room for improvement. I enjoy spending time outdoors, observing nature, and trying to capture images of wildlife, birds, fish, and other mammals. I’m always on the hunt (with my camera) for references for my next big painting idea! I am a firm believer in copyright so I only use my own photos for reference unless I have had permission from the photographer…..I’m also a strong believer in Karma!
My inspiration comes from family and other wildlife artists. I am a self-taught artist, however I was very fortunate to have spent some time learning how to paint with world renown wildlife artist Terry Isaac.
