Frances Campbell is a contemporary First Nations artist, graphic artist, graphic designer, and artisan of various crafts. She was born in the Gitxsan Nation, in the community of Gitanmaax as  a member of the Gisgaast (Fireweed) clan, in the Wilp (House) of Gutgwinuuxws (Snowy Owl). She lives in the community of Kitsumkalum with her husband.
